It’s a bit surreal arriving at Tucker’s Ridge Farm in Easton, Connecticut. It’s like driving into a Ralph Lauren ad, the story was an American Dream, and we couldn’t wait to tell it!
This stunning equestrian compound had been on the market prior to us, however the presentations did not do this gorgeous property justice. The traditional approach had left out a story as well as the most obvious visual for an equestrian property – a horse of course!

Our staging team worked with the sellers to tailor the decor and set the scenes. During production we styled each space with gorgeous fresh flowers and other accoutrements, plus models/actors to show off the unique spaces including a handsome pony named Apollo.
We produced three films in total, including “a day in the life” at this multi-generational estate, a highlight reel of all the equestrian elements, and a short vignette for the auto enthusiast in the collectors garage.
With so much happening on the farm we captured fifteen hundred photos which we whittled down to the best hundred or so. Our incredible aerial team produced gorgeous golden hour and sunset images of the entire property.
Our in-house web developers created two separate websites for the house, as it was offered as a single home or the equestrian entire estate.
We printed and distributed over one thousand twenty-five page, saddle stitched brochures.
Mini brochure cards were sent to the most affluent homeowners in Fairfield and Westchester Counties.
Selling Tucker’s Ridge was truly a team effort between ourselves and two wonderful families, as we were fortunate to represent the buyer’s as well. Passing the torch to the next generation was the ultimate reward for our efforts, and that’s priceless.
Tucker’s Ridge ranks number seven among the top ten highest sales in the town of Easton within the last ten years.
