Based in Westport, Connecticut Spaces is a family team founded by mother/daughter duo Virginia Klein & Carrie Klein Perkins. Kathleen McGovern has been our behind the scenes everything since the beginning. Recently, Leann Kent joined as our favorite in-law.  Each team member brings decades of experience, a unique skill set and a passion for all things real estate. 

Earned over decades of experience, the Spaces team has a stellar reputation for delivering excellence time and time again. Leann Kent

Leann has been a lifetime resident of Fairfield County. Currently, she resides in Norwalk with her husband and son. She graduated from Uconn with a Bachelor’s Degree, worked in the mortgage industry for a number of years and excelled in her career as a Private Personal Assistant. She has many years’ experience managing properties, managing new construction as well as remodeling projects, both professionally and personally. Her experience with property management and real estate drove her to obtain her real estate license so she can help others achieve their real estate goals.
