Carrie Klein (Perkins) is a second-generation REALTOR® with 35+ Years of experience. Creativity is Carrie’s way of being in the world. She sees the magic in every home, and no detail escapes her eye. She helps buyers envision future transformations and discover intrinsic value. For builders, she transforms garden-variety plans into bold, striking visions - then brings them to life digitally. Never one to lean into trends, Carrie’s projects stand out and often spark new trends in the area, which means she’s constantly reinventing. Her luxury listings are infused with emotive imagery, distinctive copywriting, and a bespoke lifestyle video, produced, directed, and (often) edited by Carrie.
